Masters Swimming Ontario

The Board of Directors

1. The Board of Directors shall consist of 9 registered Ontario Masters Swimmers.
2. The Board of Directors shall be defined as a decision making and approval granting body.
3. The Officers shall be defined as follows :
• The Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee shall be the President.
• The Chair of the Constitution Committee shall be the Vice President.
• The Chair of the Communications Committee shall be the Secretary.
• The Chair of the Finance Committee shall be the Treasurer.
4. The remaining 5 Directors are required to be members of at least one committee.
