The results from all masters swim meets held in the province are sent to the statistician. Those results are then processed into the mso top ten and mso records. If anyone attends an out of province swim meet and wishes the results included in the top ten or checked for records please send the results to the statistician.

| MSO Top Ten : |
The Top Ten is published once a year in January for the year ended December 31. A copy is sent to each club, each unattached swimmer and each mailing list member. Individual copies are available from the registrar for $ 10.00. |
| MSO Records : |
The Records are sent to each meet throughout the year. Two copies are sent - one for the results room and one to be posted for all the swimmers to see. In October a condensed version of records is sent to each club, each unattached swimmer and each mailing list member. Individual copies are available from the registrar for $ 10.00. |
