Statistics & Records:

Lesley Mason-Ward reports that clubs are not sending results the proper format of Hytec, SDIF or Don Clinton's Meet Manager format. This slows the process down dramatically.

Pertaining to the Records and having them available for meets, Lesley will forward the updated list to the Meet Managers prior to the meet.

Website:

Barrie Malloch presented a proposal for the Records and Top Ten and how they are set up on the Website.

Finances:

Darlene Brown had nothing to report since she had just finished balancing off the 2001 year-end with Brian Croker, the Registrar.

MSC

Darlene Brown reported that there will be a teleconference call on Monday November 26, 2001. She will have more to report at the AGM.

Marketing

Ann Gunther was absent so there was no report.

Nominations

Ralph Chown reported that we had received one nomination from Markham Masters for the upcoming elections. Nicole MacDonald advised the Board that she will not be standing again for re-election.
