The Cornwall Sea Lions Masters are looking for a Coach.
Our club practices 3 mornings and 2 evenings each week for a total of six and a half hours.
Our club has been in existence for more that 7 years. We practice in the beautiful new Cornwall Aquatic Centre (6 lanes, 25 metre)and the NavCan training institute (5 lanes, 25 metre).
We have more than thirty members, several of whom will reach the Million Metre Challenge goal this year. Our members are highly motivated triathletes, speed swimmers, and fitness participants. Our club is looking for an enthusiastic individual to prepare workouts and provide coaching support.

With sadness, Masters Swimming Ontario has recieved word that Gord Van Tol 49 from Nepean Masters has passed away as a result of a heart attack. Please review Ottawa Citizen article along with Ottawa Citizen notification.
Nepean Masters Swim Club will be posting a page on www.nmsc.org to remember our dear friend Gord. It will include the ability to add your story in a Memorial Book. When complete, we will pass along the Memorial Book on to the family to share our memories with them.
