MSO 2009-2010 Swimmer Registration Process

This year MSO is using a new online registration system for swimmer registration. Each club is responsible for appointing a club registrar who will collect swimmer information and fees. The club registrar will use the online registration system to submit the information and fees to MSO.

Swimmers:

All swimmers except unattached swimmers will now register and pay fees through their club registrar. Please contact your club to find out who the club registrar is.

Clubs:

Club registrars need to be registered on the mymsc.ca web site to use the registration system. The registration page can be found in the My MSC menu directly under the banner at the top of each page.

The mymsc.ca site treats all users as swimmers so please use this form even if your registrar is not a swimmer, registering on mymsc.ca just gives you access to the website and there are no associated fees.

If your registrar is already registered on mymsc.ca the existing registration should be used, there is no need for a separate account for registrar purposes.

Once the club registrar is registered on mymsc please email their name and mymsc userid to: registrar@MastersSwimmingCanada.ca

The club registrar privileges will then be added to the account and detailed instructions on using the system will be emailed to the club registrar.

The system allows the club registrar to input information about new swimmers, update swimmer contact information, and easily and quickly renew members whose contact information has not changed.

When the club is ready to send a payment to MSO they can print out an invoice to send in with the payment.

Club registration is currently handled separately from swimmer registration, the 2009-2010 MSO club registration fee is $45.00 and the form is available on the MSO web site at http://www.mastersswimmingontario.ca/msoforms.htm
