Location:  Nick Smith Centre, 77 James St., Arnprior, Ontario

Time:  Check-in     8:30-9:15 a.m. / Warm-up   9:00-9:45 a.m. / Start 10:00 a.m.

Open to all competitors aged 55 and over.
Rules mirror those of MSO except 25 meter events must start in the water.
Swimmers may choose up to 6 events from the 14 offered.
The Senior Games Association will recognize placings attained at this meet in events recognized by SGA to qualify and advance to the
2020 Ontario Summer Games in Peterborough on August 11, 2020.
