Considering hosting a sanctioned competition? MSO has developed materials to assist new and experienced meet managers to plan and execute a successful meet.
The MEET MANAGERS GUIDE is a comprehensive description of how to go about planning and executing a swim meet. A resource for new meet managers and a reminder for the experienced ones.
See sample SWIM MEET JOB DESCRIPTIONS.
IMPORTANT NOTE: On July 1, 2019, new rules came into effect through Rowan’s Law, to improve concussion safety in amateur competitive sport. The Law applies to Masters Swimming Ontario because our membership includes swimmers under 26 years of age. Please refer to the Concussion Safety page to see how these new requirements impact meet managers and officials.
A Meet Package Template (PDF) has been developed with standard information and phrases. You may download a WORD version for easy editing.
Please use the Entry Form & Waiver (WORD) or the Waiver only (PDF or WORD) templates for any deck or paper entries. <Templates updated September 2019>
