We are now into the final two months of our fiscal year. MSO is starting to tidy up the 2025-2026 club and swimmer registration and preparing for the new season.
We need your help in the wrap up before the launch of 2026-2027.
- Please pay any outstanding 2025-2026 invoices before July 31st. I will nudge the few clubs left.
- Sign into the MSO database and go to Club Administration Area. Confirm or update your four key positions: President, Registrar, Treasurer, club Contact. The Start Up Email will be sent to the Club President.
Transitional Swimmer Registration (August)
There are two key dates in the launch of the new season.
- System rollover – On August 1st the MSO system rolls over to the new year. ALL NEW SWIMMER registrations will automatically be assigned to the 2026-2027 season.
For any swimmers for August 2026 only (i.e., current season), please retain the swimmer’s proper registration information in your club records only.
- Affiliation Reset – as close to August 1st as possible, a Start Up email will be sent to all club Presidents. No 2026-2027 swimmer registration is possible until the Club President has affiliated the club for the new season.
Certificates of Insurance
The renewal for MSO insurance is in progress. We expect the broker to process Requests for Certificates of Insurance (CoI) in August.
If you received a CoI last year and require one in the new year, simply email MSOReg@MastersSwimmingOntario.ca and request one. I will ask you to review & update last year’s request form. This will streamline the process.
