About Swimmer and Club Registration

Swimmers

Any person 18 years of age or older, with no upper age limit, can participate in Masters Swimming. There are more than 2,900 Masters swimmers in Ontario.

Swimmers may train and compete independently. But, membership with a Masters swim club provides coaching irrespective of the desire to compete. Clubs provide opportunities to meet new people, experience team spirit at practice and at meets, especially when participating in relays. Competition provides an opportunity to travel.

Masters Swimming Ontario welcomes everyone to MSO-sanctioned events. Non-members can pay an additional guest fee and participate as Single-Event Registrants (SER).

Masters Swimming adds fun and friendship to fitness. Join a club, come to a swim meet or volunteer with us!

See you in the pool!

Clubs

Masters Swimming Ontario’s member clubs come in many shapes and sizes.  Some are managed by a group of volunteers while others are owner operated ventures. Clubs may flow out of recreational programs run by cities, schools, colleges, universities, the Y or multi-sport athletic clubs. All are welcome to affiliate. Member clubs having two or more registered swimmers have voting rights in matters of the Corporation as outlined in the ByLaws.
